On Saturday 22nd July we are hosting our second IGA (SIMS) BBQ between 9am – 3pm. We need volunteers to help cook and sell some sausages to raise funds for our Club!

We will have three shifts on the day, these are as follows:
9am – 11am (set up and start cooking)
11am – 1pm (sell, sell, sell!)
1pm – 3pm (sell and pack down)

We are required to have three people for each shift, of which one is going to be a Committee member, so we are looking for a total of 6 volunteers to make the day happen. We are hoping to see some new faces pitch in and help out because there’s so many ways to get involved in our Club and this is a great one if you haven’t done it before!

Please note, if we don’t get the required volunteers by the end of this weekend we will be allocating slots for each team to fill (e.g. U16 9am – 11am, U14/U12 11am – 1pm and U10/U9’s 1pm – 3pm) we have decided this is a good way to share the load!
