The Rooster Umpire Academy has had a great start with 35 of our Roosters now registered with the league to become umpires. Our first clinic was fantastic as the kids got some training on Boundary and goal umpiring.

We have now scheduled our next Clinic with the league for Monday evening May 15th. Arrival time is 5:00pm with the session kicking off at around 5:15pm.
This session will be an introduction to field umpiring.
The goal of the academy to is give those registered the confidence to do any role required. This will open opportunities for the kids to

More pathway opportunities in the future into seniors and maybe VFL and beyond
Earn money out in the fresh air while keeping fit
